Plaid-ish

I didn’t do my fingernails this week. I did a bit of running around and having time to watch my hands dry was not in the cards. But I did do my toes. I spent a little more time than usual doing them and they came out looking pretty good.

That plaid-ish look is easy to accomplish. All you need is a thin brush and a kind of steady hand. If you are insistent on having perfect lines you can do it with tape, marking off areas and stuff, but that takes way too long and you have to think about extra drying time.

This was taken just before midnight on Sunday as I waited for the train at Osgoode Station; the long ride home when all you want to do is sleep. I apparently think this is a good time to take pics of your feet. It kept me a wake so I would make it onto the train. Luckily I was kept awake on the train by giggling, gabbing, gangs of young women who had just come from the Beyonce concert. Yay me!
